Set up around your business, by people who know it.
Our customer success team turns your goals into instructions and limits. The AI council reads them every night, and code checks that every number holds.
Your word comes first.
Your instructions and limits
What you tell us wins. For example: never pay more than 900 kr per order.
Iris's rules
Where you said nothing, the written rules decide.
Defaults
Where neither applies, careful defaults hold.
One thing never gives way: the numbers must hold. No made-up figures, no move bigger than a campaign can take, and no more confidence than the data gives.
Tell Iris what the numbers cannot.
Some things are in no report: a launch, a season, a campaign that protects your brand. We write them down with you, one line each.
Every change is saved as a new version. You can always see which instructions a decision was made under.
- About the businessWe sell garden furniture online. Most orders come in spring.
- GoalGrow new customers in outdoor lighting this autumn.
- Season and timingExpect fewer orders from September.
- RuleNever raise a campaign by more than 30% in one day.
- Campaign noteBrand Search protects our name. Never stop it.
Limits that the rules and the AI council both obey.
A limit is a number. Iris measures it for every campaign each night, and it wins wherever it applies.
Highest price per order
Over your limit, Iris lowers the budget and names your limit in the reason.
Lowest impression share
Under your floor, Iris raises the budget, or asks for a higher bid when the ad ranks too low.
Price adjustment
Move your price limit for some campaigns. For example, competitor campaigns may cost 20% more.
Ceiling mode only holds the price down. Steer mode also raises where the price is within your limit and there is room to grow.
Every change is read before it goes live.
A new instruction or limit is read together with everything else in your setup. A clash, or a limit that would do nothing, shows up before it counts.
Three AI models argue. Code keeps them honest.
Every night three AI models read the whole account: every campaign's numbers, your instructions and your limits.
Looks for campaigns that deserve more money.
Looks for money that is wasted.
Questions every decision the numbers do not support.
Weighs the three answers and picks one per campaign.
Checks every number against the measured facts, and counts the vote. A row that fails is thrown out, and the rules decide it.
The plan
When the models disagree
Iris is less sure, and shows you the argument that lost.
Not tied to one AI model
The council works with GPT from OpenAI and Claude from Anthropic. Each role can use a different model, and we can switch when a better one arrives.
Three ways to run it
- AI council decides
- The council's pick is the plan.
- Test mode
- The council runs beside the rules. We compare the two before it decides.
- Rules only
- No AI. The written rules and your limits decide.
The recipe stays ours. The numbers are yours.
Training the model, tuning the rules and briefing the AI council build on ten years of our own work. That stays with us.
What Iris decides is never hidden. Every decision shows its numbers, and you can check each one.
What we do with you.
We learn your business
Your products, margins and seasons, and what counts as an order for you.
We write your setup
Instructions and limits, together with you, in plain words.
We test before it decides
The AI council can run in test mode first, next to the rules.
We follow up
Every second week while we prove the value, and again whenever your business changes.
See Iris on your own numbers.
Book a meeting. We show you Iris on a demo account. Then we measure your potential and prove the value in your own accounts, before you commit.
